Our Philosophy

        Alfred believes in a regular regime of exercise and moderation of dietary intake as key factors to a healthy lifestyle. More importantly, self-discipline and personal commitment are essential towards achieving one's fitness goals. Thus, he strongly encourages and motivates his clients in the regular participation of an exercise program as safe and effective ways towards achieving good fitness and health well-being.

 

        Through professional fitness guidance ,he strives to educate members about their bodies and how to keep them fit,even independently of a Coach. He aims to help them to achieve an optimum level of self-efficiency and work-life harmony.
